This upgraded 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome is perfect for your large family get away with a spacious floorplan, and complete renovation. Redesigned upstairs to create a very spacious layout with a big open kitchen, dining room, main living room, master bedroom with private bath all upstairs! The kitchen is well stocked for cooking family gatherings, and dining room seating for 8. And then below, additional redesigning was done to allow for a roomier entry way, larger bedroom, and unique double bathroom with separate vanity area configuration. Custom barn door where the laundry is and energy efficient new windows throughout. Southwest facing corner unit with mountaintop views. The master bedroom features a King bed, flatscreen TV and private en-suite bathroom. The remaining bedrooms downstairs come with a Queen bed in both the second and third bedrooms, with a euro-style bunk bed in the fourth bedroom (Twin on the top and a Double on the bottom) with an additional Twin bed. There are two full bathrooms downstairs with the additional separate vanity area. This home is well stocked, with a travel children's pack n play and high chair provided to make travelling with littles that much easier. Tucked away in the quiet corner of the complex and away from any main roads, but still just a one-minute walk to the red line free shuttle taking you to the Village, Main Lodge and runs to Snowcreek Athletic Club. A spa, sauna, and laundry facilities round out this mountainside, restful location. Great location with easy access to Mammoth Creek Park and the Town's main shopping district off Old Mammoth Road. Less than a five-minute walk to the bowling alley and trail system. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This condo sleeps a maximum of 10 people, no smoking is permitted, one pet is permitted in this pet friendly home (additional pets must be approved). The condo comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Unit was nice and clean. The refrigerator was clean and empty but did not seem to keep items as cold as we wanted. Ice maker did not work so a few more ice trays would have been nice. Lastly, would have like a drying rack for dishes. Washing machine and dryer were very nice.

Chateau number 6 was good. It has everything you need to host a group of 10 people. The place was impeccable and clean. It would be worth it to look into the hot water situation as we ran out of hot water daily and a lot of us could not take hot showers coming back from the slopes. Would also be good to have the chimney swept as fire would die very fast without enough air reaching it. We are mentioning this to make it even better. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The service from the rental agency was very good and the snow removal crew is awesome; they had a lot to do with us surviving snowmageddon 2021 :-)

The condo was perfect for our family. It is as advertised. All of the bed rooms were comfortable. Kitchen had everything you needed if you wanted to make a meal. The washer, dryer and BBQ grill really make for an all inclusive stay. Would definitely stay here again. Easily held our 8 person group.

Really like this condo. Bright. Clean. Doesn't have the ****** furnishings that are in a typical Mammoth cabin, i.e., reindeer bedding, wood stumps, etc.

Everything was great! The only two things that could’ve been better was some dry wood. Also the upstairs shower handle is backwards for hot and cold. One of the downstairs showers had very low pressure.

clean condo<br/>main door needs TLC. tough to open close.<br/>parking spot is issue as there is no designated area. the location of this unit makes is very tough to park. we got lucky that condo #5 wasn't occupied.

The unit was recently remodeled, and the process is not quite complete. The hot and cold water in the bathroom sinks were reversed in two of the sinks with the hot on the right instead of the left. The toilet roll holders had not yet been installed. There are garages in many of the units, but this one did not have one and that would&#x2019;ve been convenient because we had five electric mountain bike's that needed to be recharged at night. But overall, it worked well for us.

We had a gathering of 8(adult) family members to celebrate recent Covid weddings. The Condo accommodated everyone comfortably. Location was perfect to access the mountain for skiing and shopping in town

Based on the reviews we were a bit skeptical of this place, but when we arrived we found that this place was really nice! We had a great time and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. It's super close to town, literally a block from restaurants and the grocery store. We couldn't find the amenities that were described, but we didn't need them anyway. It is super great for having pets too. Our dog had a great time. My only problem was trying to contact the property management. They weren't very responsive when I tried to email them about something minor, but I would recommend staying here!

Enjoyed our stay and place generally met our expectations. Things were remodeled, but the pictures make it seem brand new. Don't get me wrong, the place was very nice, but not as modern as it may seem. Great layout with bedroom and space. Thermostats in every room which was amazing. Only complaint was a light fixture that kept flashing in the downstairs bathroom (like a strobe light non stop , and property management could not fix while we were there), and the floors looked clean but were filthy (turned our bare feet black immediately when walking on them).
