Description

This pet-friendly 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo is the perfect spot for your Mammoth vacation. Conveniently located across the street from The Village where you can catch the gondola to Canyon Lodge, grab dinner, shop til you drop, and more! The condo features vaulted ceilings in the living room, full kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and 65" flatscreen TV with DVD player and sound bar. Relax after a long day on the hill next to the real wood-burning stove or invite some friends to crash on the living room sleeper sofabed.

The downstairs master bedroom boasts a California King bed with en-suite bathroom and 55" flatscreen TV. The second bedroom, also downstairs, features a Queen bed and a bunk bed with two Twin beds, plus 40" flatscreen TV and private bathroom. There is even another full bathroom (with shower) upstairs on the main level. A private BBQ grill is located on the back deck on the lower level, so you can grill for the whole family! The Helios North complex offers an underground parking garage (no shoveling required!), sauna and rooftop jacuzzi. 

All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This Mammoth condo sleeps a MAXIMUM of 6 people and comes with one assigned underground garage parking spot that will fit two cars tandem. Clearance is 9 ft. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. There are stairs to this unit from the underground parking garage (no elevator), the entrance is at ground level once you have taken the stairs from the parking area, there are stairs inside this 2 level unit, it is pet friendly, and no smoking is permitted. The accommodations were very nice, everything was well stocked and clean except for the pullout sofa mattress that had crumbs and trash from past stays that flung out when pulling out the mattress. Plenty of firewood and the location was great. Overall awesome experience

This is the ideal family ski condo just 1/2 a block away from the Village and Gondola. We particularly appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and open top floor layout. Teenagers loved the gaming system. Location is AMAZING. Garage parking is a huge plus especially during snowstorms -- no shoveling your car out in the morning! We had one extra large SUV that fit perfectly in the assigned/reserved space. (Be aware that if you bring two vehicles, they must be regular sized cars or very small SUVs.) Overall, this was a perfect -- and we do mean PERFECT -- property. Thank you so much for sharing your happy, lovely mountain home.

This place is prefect! Clean, nicely decorated, covered parking and a great location! It’s walking distance to the Village. Parking is covered and not a huge walk to front door. (Just a flight of stairs) the kitchen is nicely stocked and had nice appliances. The beds were comfortable and the furniture was in great condition. Would definitely stay again.

This was the perfect location for our family, many of whom had not been to Mammoth before. The whole place was so cozy and felt expansive and just the place to bunker down during a blizzard. Since a lot of places were closed and not drivable, it was great to be able to walk to the Village in a matter of minutes. Also, so incredibly thankful for the garage and we didn't have to dig our car out. It was quick to pick up the keys and get settled in the condo. There were a couple little hiccups when we arrived that were a result of the storm like the walkway into the front door, a broken window from the +30' feet of snow, and water coming in from the melting snow under the bed, but even those things didn't dissuade us from enjoying our stay. We will definitely come back to this unit again.

The cleaning crew did not do a good job dusting prior to our arrival. The unit has high ceilings at there were many cobwebs out of arms reach. There were stains on the carpet in the entry hallway (management offered to address). The stacked washer and dryer are tiny. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. The hot water in the kitchen faucet takes literally 4&#43; minutes to reach a maximum temperature of 115 degrees. Whereas the water get warm quickly in the downstairs bathrooms. The master bedroom was large. The second bedroom was maximized for sleeping options, with a queen bed, bunk beds and a clothes dresser, it was a tight squeeze. The vacuum cleaner (Dyson) was held together with a rag. Overall the home has tasteful home decor. Fast Internet access. We called management and asked if we would have access to the mailbox during our stay and the agent told us that we wouldn't. We later learned that none of the residences in Mammoth Lakes get mail delivery due to winter snow. I thought the agent could have provided more context when we called. The home is very close to the village.

This has been a very pleasant stay. The condo is just less than 5 minutes walking distance from the village which we enjoyed walking every afternoon for a treat and some entertainment. The rental was very clean and has soo many kitchen supplies, even pancake mix! living room was very confortable and has a lot of entertainment options, Wifi is also good. My Family wishes to come back here again every year.

Rental is in great condition. Well-maintained and clean, especially for pet-friendly. Check-in was easy, no hassle. Would recommend and would stay here again.
