There are new flat screen TVs and DVD player in the living area. This unit also comes with complimentary high speed wireless Internet. The master bedroom features a King bed with private bathroom, the second bedroom features a Double bed with additional Twin bed and shared bathroom. Upstairs in the loft there is a Double bed, Twin bed. The Horizons 4 complex is well maintained and has all the amenities you could ever ask for including a hot tub, swimming pool, sauna, recreation room (complete with ping-pong and pool table), tennis courts, laundry facilities, and a large picnic area with gas grill. The condo is beautiful and cozy and well equipped for any visitor to enjoy their stay in Mammoth Lakes. It is well kept up and situated in a spot where we can easily access all that Mammoth has to offer. Highly recommend!

This property has a mixture of good and bad. The kitchen is stocked with everything one would need. Loved that! Lots of firewood for a great fireplace , comfortable beds and fabulous property management. Floors were not so clean, furnace in living clicks on and off all night even when turned off, bedroom doors squeaky which disturbs others at night, oven definitely needs to be calibrated.

Condo was clean. Had many amenities . Had trouble with fireplace, but was provided with a lot of firewood. No tv in master bedroom. Overall was a good place to stay. Beds were comfortable. Would stay there again.

Everything was great, but as you'll see in most comments about condos in this complex is that the carpets could be heavily cleaned. Everything else was great aside from the heater being really low -- I had a 2 year old with us so it was something we had to constantly watch out for, but wasn't an issue. I would stay here again.

The rental was clean and enough room for 8 of us. Location was ideal...close to shopping and dining. Shower door in one bath was wobbly and tub stopper didn't work in other bathroom. I wish there were 2.5 baths instead of just 2.

Very nicely set up condo near the center of things with easy access to the bus line. Lots of room to spread out. The place was clean and well kept. Very nice entertainment and sound system. Internet was a little spotty but not bad. A suggestion for the first night is to turn up the heat early upon arrival. Since we got there later in the day it took a while to warm up.

This condo is located about 5 miles away from the slopes. It's pretty nice to have vons nearby. <br/><br/>The condition of the condo was rather "less than decent". The pictures look amazing on the website but it does look old and outdated in reality. It seems to me that they don't really do a good job in cleaning and maintenance. the floor was dirty and even had used paper towels in living room. The rooms are nice and filled with ALOT of pillows everywhere which I think is nice. ( I just don't know how clean were they). One of the bathroom ran out of hot water in the middle of shower so of course I had to finish my shower ice cold. <br/><br/>I could not find any wine opener anywhere or maybe its just really hidden somewhere prompting me to go to vons to get one. the fireplace was dirty. The electrical stove sucks and the pans to use for cooking suck. <br/><br/>Nice location. Peaceful neighborhood. Id stay somewhere else next time

Great Condo for our group of 9. Everybody was comfortable, and it was definitely spacious. Had everything you needed to make a home cooked meal, saving us a lot for the cost of food. Being near the Vons was a bonus. Would not hesitate in coming back or recommending!!! Overall, great stay!

The house was perfect. My family and I spent Thanksgiving there and we enjoyed it. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The location was great since we have the markets and restaurants close by. Also the lakes are fairly close. We are definitely coming back next year.

Spacious place with everything you'd need in a kitchen. The A/C came in handy, since we were skiing in the summer! Walking distance for groceries, bars, and bowling. We should have brought our tennis racquets.

Great place to stay! Place was described exactly what I was expecting. Fun loft for the kids to sleep and hang out upstairs and close to a Vons to do all your shopping.

Perfect Condo for our family vacation<br/>Problem with the front door lock. We were trapped in the condo due to a faulty<br/> Front door lock. Need to provide some basic tools<br/> After hours maintenance worker was not helpful <br/>And possibly intoxicated . <br/>Upstairs lloft blindes on side of room very old and bent<br/><br/>We will stay again as we enjoyed the area and the condo was comfortable <br/><br/>

We have been coming to Mammoth annually for the last 30 years. This is our 3rd stay at Horizons 4. Each time we have stayed in a different unit. <br/>We were at almost max capacity with a family group of 9. With 7 females in our group, we could have used one more bathroom! <br/>The unit was clean and in excellent condition. The kitchen had everything we needed. Parking was available just outside our unit and the big trash receptacles were close as well. <br/>Several of our friends also stay at Horizons 4 and we all get together at the picnic/bbq area for a potluck dinner. <br/>We're already looking forward to next year.

We were a family of 6, 4 adult children. We really enjoyed this condo. Siper close to everything, clean, spacious, loved the updated florring and well equipped kitchen. The only complaint was the beds were not the most comfortable and a little paint would soften the white walls. Otherwise we were very pleased. Would recommend this condo!

The condo was great, but we were disappointed that the condo office onsite was never open. We were also disappointed in the corporate changes at Horizons 4. We've been going to Mammoth for decades and didn't like the difficulties in, say, getting new towels and other seemingly simple requests like that.

This condo was well equipped for our family Thanksgiving trip. We were able to make a full Thanksgiving meal with no problems. The only item we missed was a cheese grater. The bathrooms and kitchen have been remodeled and the wood burning stove kept us warm and cozy as the snow fell outside. The bed in the second bedroom was soft according to the occupants.

My family and I had a great time in Mammoth Lakes and we definitely made the right choice by renting this condo. It was clean, well kept, provides a lot more than I expected when it comes to dishware and kitchen tools. It was great for the 8 of us! Conveniently located where the fun is in town! Would definitely rent it again next year if available!

7 of us stayed comfortably in the condo. 1 couple stayed in the master bedroom with a king, 1 couple stayed in the room with the double bed + twin bed and 3 of us stayed in the loft, which has 1 double bed, 1 single bed and 1 futon sleeper. The loft's double and twin bed were very old and the double bed was indented in the middle and the twin bed felt slanted towards the left when sleeping. We all shared 2 bathrooms, which was a little cramped but doable. <br/><br/>The condo itself is a little outdated and cramped with 7 of us but we didn't spend much time there. We cooked breakfast and dinner and had plenty of room plus the kitchen had everything we needed. <br/><br/>We were told there was a shuttle but that it would be faster to drive ourselves, so that's what we did. It was close enough to the slopes, we went to Canyon Lodge to pick up rentals and ski from there. It was during the big snow storm but we were able to make it up and down the hills going to Canyon Lodge (we did see a huge bus sliding dangerously close to the parked cars at Canyon Lodge).<br/><br/>Vons (grocery store) and restaurants are close by. Decent location - not really sure as it was my first time in Mammoth.
