perfect location. Blue line was right across the street. the place was small but it was just myself and my hubby. bed was very comfy. would def stay here again.

The condo was not ready until 5:35 for check in as it had not been cleaned on time. It was just the two of us and did not need the 2nd bedroom . The weather was nice but it would have been nice to have some fans as it was stuffy at night trying to sleep. Also it was missing chairs and a table on the deck. For $300 a night would expect this standard amenity. The slider screen had holes in it allowing bugs to get in. I think a cleaning fee charged per day is excessive since no one cleaned it until after we left. Other then that it was comfortable and had everything we needed. We we were planning on bringing our dog but decided against it because of the 6 hour drive. <br/>

This was a cute and very convenient condo. The inside has been nicely updated and the location is a short 5-minute walk to the village. There was ample parking which was close to the front door of the condo. Makes it easy to carry luggage for a family of 5. My girls also loved the pool and hot tub in the complex. Even though the unit is close to the pool, it was very quiet. The beds were comfortable and the unit was very clean. Overall, we loved the location and this condo. We will happily stay here again.

Very nice condo and excellent location. My family of four (plus dog) has rented many condos in Mammoth over the years. This condo was a winner.<br/><br/>We had no problem parking near the condo. The unit warmed up very quickly and there are separate heaters in each room. The entry has tons of hooks for hanging up wet gear and a dedicated area for stowing skis & boots. The living room fireplace and TV were easy to operate.<br/><br/>The kitchen had everything we needed, including paper towels, dishwasher tabs and condiments in the fridge. There was a Keurig as well as a conventional coffee maker with filters and a variety of K-cups. Each sink had pump liquid soap. We brought a crate for our dog, but noticed that there was a crate provided under the bed in the master. The showers had good pressure and plenty of hot water. WiFi was good. Lots of outlets/usb chargers in each room, which was super convenient.<br/><br/>You can see the Canyon Blue Line shuttle stop 70 from the kitchen window, and it is literally less than a two-minute walk. The walk to the Village was less than ten minutes, and you can hop the shuttle back if you prefer. We did not use it, but it was also a very short walk to the community hot tub and recreation room, which had ping pong and pool tables.<br/><br/>If I'm going to be picky, the only cons were (i) the heater in the master bedroom was VERY LOUD when it came on and scared me & my dog awake a few times, (ii) you can hear the upstairs occupants walking around (we were lucky that we had considerate neighbors and not loud party-people), and (iii) the master bedroom and both bathrooms were a little small. If you are considering using the hot tub, then bring pool towels as none are provided.<br/><br/>That being said, we would stay here again. And we are very picky!!

We went to Mammoth to revisit the area that we had been when we were young. We were celebrating our 50th anniversary. It had changed a lot over the last 40 years, but was still beautiful. Just built up so much. The condo was well furnished and comfortable. Very nice that it was all on one level, as we don't do stairs well anymore. The gas fireplace was a nice touch, very realistic. The kitchen was well supplied with pots and pans, measuring cups and spoons. All in all, a great location to relax. Close to skiing and town. Stores near by as well. Condo well kept up with room for 6. Small patio off the living room, great for sitting and a small Bar-B-Que.

The rooms were nice and clean, the place has everything you need to stay comfortable I. Winter and summer, we stayed there for 9 days, and it was wonderful.
