Overall the unit is okay and it's in a great location to walk to the Village and gondola, however, I don't think it's entirely accurate to label it as "newly remodeled". The upstairs is nice and comfortable with good furniture, tv and fireplace. The kitchen is decent, however the cabinetry is quite old-looking and there was a lot of random stuff in the drawers and cabinets that didn't appear to be clean (i.e. an old hand mixer with frosting on it). The downstairs is definitely dated and the rooms are quite small and dark. The king bed is nice but there is limited closet and cabinet space for storing clothing and personal items. Several light bulbs were out and there was a clogged sink when we arrived which was promptly handled by the property management. All in all this place is fine and in line with many other rentals in the area. I would just be aware that the photos of the bedrooms and bathrooms were taken with a fisheye lens and enhanced to make them look larger and brighter.

We loved the condo and all the amenities. However, the cleaning crew did a poor job in preparing the condo from where the last guests left it. The kitchen surfaces and floors were full of grime. We had to clean everything there to an acceptable level. There was also dog food laying in the bedroom (bunk bed) carpet, so I'm not sure that the cleaning crew was even vacuuming. The bunk bed room also had limited lighting; it was tough to see anything in there with only 1 lamp on the dresser. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this condo. The property management folks were great and responded immediately to our request for more propane. FYI: the kitchen fan above the stove was removed and placed in the closet; not sure if the owners know this is the case and paid a contractor in full to replace and complete this?
