We chose this unit for a family gathering mainly because it sits so many in the living room. I was really pleased to find that it's in a really quiet place, no roads going by it. Everything works, the beds are nice and dealing with Mammoth Reservations is WAY better (spelled: more human) than dealing with a mega site (you know that one).

We’ve been staying at Mammoth Estates for about 25 years. Our family and another family go up and have a great ski experience. Whether it’s great snow not so great snow or spring snow we always enjoy our time. This year the condo was nice but it was dirty the first time that’s happened to us. The actual management company phenomenal. Very nice very professional.

We had a great visit! The rental was spacious enough for our family group that came to stay together. Our dog had a blast staying with us as well! The place was clean and organized and close to all the essentials in town. Parking was easy and check in was very straight forward. We stayed over Labor Day weekend so unfortunately the neighbors decided to be really loud and party until 3 am, so I wasn't sure if there was a number to call for noise complaint in the condo complex. Obviously that issue is outside of anyone's control and not the owners fault at all. We would definitely recommend this condo and would love to stay again sometime!
