The upstairs bedroom features a king bed and a beautifully designed bathroom. Downstairs, the primary suite includes a king bed, private bathroom with a steam shower and its own TV. The third bedroom offers a euro-style bunk with a queen on the bottom and a twin on top, while the fourth bedroom includes two bunk beds (four twins), making it a great setup for families. With its generous layout and prime location, this condo is a great option year-round. In the winter, enjoy easy access to the slopes at Canyon Lodge and in the summer, take advantage of nearby mountain bike trails just steps away. Maximum occupancy: 8 guests. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club & Spa, Mammoth’s premier fitness and recreation facility. Enjoy a wide range of amenities including an indoor heated pool, steam room, sauna, full fitness center, yoga, Pilates, cycle studio, racquetball courts, basketball court, and a variety of wellness and fitness classes. This facility fit our families need perfectly. The only thing that I wish I had was a fan. We were there during a heat wave and upstairs bedroom was a bit warm. We plan on staying there again next year.

A handful of friends and I went up for a long ski weekend in December and had the absolute best time!! I was a little nervous that the condo would be big enough to accommodate us all, but there was a ton of room and space for all of our ski and snowboard gear. We cooked most of our meals in the condo as they had every cooking item we would need. We loved the jacuzzi in the complex after a long day of skiing. The condo was a quick 10 minute walk from canyon lodge and the gondola that takes you over into the village. We will absolutely be staying here again this ski season - thank you again for making our trip so amazing!

Easy walk to the ski lift. Nice pub with-in walking distance. Well stocked kitchen. Nice layout for both family time and time to have space. Easy to check in and out off hours!

Great experience . The location was excellent and rental was well equipped. The property management company responded quickly when we called (needed lightbulbs replaced and a new lamps). Comfy couch and cozy feel to the public areas, we enjoyed our vacation here.

I recommend this condo. It was a little older and smaller than the pictures showed, and a few things didn't work (a broken blind, broken lamp, outlet that didn't work), but it was clean. It had a good set up. And it was a good price for the week. The location was great. We would stay here again. (We were 5 adults and 2 kids.)

We really enjoyed this unit. The location was great, kitchen well stocked and the unit was very clean. Our only complaint was that the upstairs does not cool down which is a problem for the people sleeping in that bedroom and the TV in that same room doesn't work. All three bedrooms downstairs were great.

First 3 days had to deal with fixing the appliances and showers in 2 bathrooms. before you rent this unit or any other at Mammoth west I would suggest having the rental company check the appliances first. Fridge was turned off when we arrived (thought it was broken), it took 3 days for it to get to a cool temp. We were told if you put warm things into a fridge it won't work very well. My question is then how can you rent out a unit that has 4 bedrooms and not have a fridge that will accommodate 14 people. We spent $75.00 on ice. If I was the owner of this unit I would be upset with the property management for not taking care of my unit.

Our recent stay was fabulous and the proximity to Canyon Lodge was so convenient. The condo was well appointed and comfortable for our party of 8. The downside was the water pressure in the showers. One bathroom (upstairs) was almost unusable due to the lack of pressure, which forced the others to use the master bath on the ground floor that wasn't much better. Over all, it was a great place for a family or small group to enjoy Mammoth Mountain.

One of the nicest places we have stayed in at Mammoth over the years. Beds are all super comfortable, beautifully furnished throughout, and the kitchen was excellently equipped. The condo remodel is deluxe/ very tastefully done. Very effective central heating. And this unit has a fantastic location at Canyon Drive level. Very much appreciated the opportunity to stay in this condo!
