This charming contemporary top floor 1 bedroom plus loft 1.5 bathroom condominium in Mammoth Lakes California has been remodeled and renovated. Once you arrive, put your car key's away and walk to restaurants, shops, supermarket, movie theater and more. The Red Line shuttle bus stops right out front so you can zip up to the slopes without the hassle of driving and parking. The bus runs all day, so when you're done on the hill, they're there to pick you up and take you home. Soak in the Jacuzzi, freshen up and you're ready for a night of apres skiing in town. 2 bedroom is actually a bedroom and a very spacious loft. Was a little surprised that one half bath was a sink and shower and not a toilet. Overall very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is excellently stocked with utensils and pots and pans and even some spices and other necessities like coffee filters. It is a second floor unit, so stairs are the only way up. Parking was easy, but expected that at this early part of the season. Bottom line is, I would stay here again as large space and well stocked kitchen are very important to me.

We had a great experience. The condo was clean, cozy, and very conveniently located. We could walk to an array of restaurants and shops. The only small catch was that I hadn't realized the condo is on the second floor with outdoor, rustic stairs. That wasn't great for my elderly parents. Also, there are two showers and sinks, but only one toilet. This was probably in the unit description, but I missed it. Nonetheless, they managed and we had a great stay.

The location is perfect. New carpet and a very nicely appointed kitchen. I’ve stated a lot of rentals and this is one of the best stocked kitchens we’ve been to. And the plates silverware and glassware to serve a meal for 6 to 8 people easily. Nice pots and pans and serving bowls. This unit is not the ideal place to stay during summer as it gets rather warm. It is an upstairs unit so I felt safe enough to leave the windows to the bedroom open but the trash truck comes every other day at 7:15 so there’s no sleeping in. The loft gets extremely warm as there are no windows. There does seem to be an extensive use of extension cords throughout the property. The check in process and the property management service team were excellent. We had a very small issue with the TV and they sent someone out right away. He was polite and swift.

Condo was a 5 minute walk to the Vons. Easy parking. The board games were a nice touch. We played Sorry. Super convenient location. Would stay here again. Bring your own oil to cook with, because there was none when we stayed.

Upon check in, the condo was nice and clean. Our family of 6 were comfortable during our stay. The location of the condo is great. Close to restaurants, Vons, and Eagle Lodge.

The property is clean and well-appointed, as described in the website. It is within walking distance of a few restaurants and grocery store which made it very convenient. The property manager was very responsive when we found, at breakfast, that the coffee machine was broken. I called the office to let them know and, within the hour, delivered a brand new coffee maker. We are very pleased with the unit and will definitely stay here again.

All in all I would say our stay at this property was Okay. All the amenities were provided to us which was great. They had enough blankets, pillows, coffee maker, pots and pans, etc. it was only my husband and I so the space was big enough. But if there was a couple more people staying with us it would be really cramped. We booke a four night stay but left after three nights. We could not sleep at all. The bed was really uncomfortable. The couch needs to be replaced because the cushions are sinking in. and finally, some of the cooking pans should be replaced because the Teflon is worn off.

The condo was very comfortable and centrally located in the middle of town within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Had a minor issue with some of the burners on the stove, but otherwise a great stay. We would definitely stay there again.

Condo was great. We had everything we needed. First night was a bit bumpy, since one of he beds was kind of broken, but the very next morning someone from maintenance came to fix it. I would definitely re rent this location.

Great location. Very cozy. Sleeping space should be listed as "4" though. 2 Double beds are great but the loft futon mattress needs replacing,it's a back breaker. The sofa sleeper mattress is even worse. Kitchen is loaded. Common Jacuzzi and sauna are wonderful. Catch the red line to the village just out front. Shopping is in walking distance. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We stayed three nights over Presidents Day. This is an older value unit, but the floors and carpet were very dirty. The carpeting was dirty to the touch with small rocks and debris, and There were pieces of potato chips, coins and an old sock under the couch and table. The kitchen facilities were adequate. There was only one toilet in the unit considering it was billed as a 1.5 bath unit.

Our stay for Bluesapalooza was great. We simply picked up our keys from the drop box (no having to awkwardly go through the unit with the owner), drove down the street, and entered our unit. Sierra Manors was great because they have two spas, a pool, and saunas! We were lucky enough to be RIGHT next to a spa and sauna, which we definitely utilized. The only thing, which is very minor, was that there was no air conditioning. The unit and loft would get really hot at night and there are no windows upstairs to let any fresh air in.

The place was nicer than expected, cozy, and it's in a very convenient location. I will definitely rent here again! Since it's summer, the loft does get stuffy.

What a wonderful place. Our previous rental was cancelled last minute due to flooding. We contacted the management and received access the same day. What a relief!! The place is well furnished with cooking supplies and enough room for two couples to have a wonderful trip. Close to a shuttle stop and the town. Definitely will come back again!!

The location of the condo is great. Just know it is on the second floor and a bit difficult to locate if arriving at night. The description stated 1.5 bathrooms. There are 2 showers but only one toilet. The internet was also down for the duration of our stay. The walls are really thin and neighbors are easily heard. For the amount of money we paid I think we will stay somewhere else next time. Overall the place was clean.

The unit's layout was nice. Unfortunately the unit need to be dusted or better cleaned because my allergies went crazy and had to purchase medicine. It always cleared up when I left the unit. The carpet and entry needs cleaning...first impressions when walking in makes for a lasting impression. The couch needs to be replaced. It's sunken in the center and toward the back. Someone must have waxed their winter equipment with the iron because there was wax dripping off it when it was heated (lucky we didn't ruin any clothes). There were loose planks on the stairs leading up to the unit on the north end...I felt a bit uneasy walking on them. Side note: watch for bats at the front door. One welcomed us. :) I come to Mammoth regularly (every month) in the winter and I would not select this unit again.

I came to visit my daughter who lives in Mammoth. This is the perfect location to everything. Free trolley system has a stop right near the complex. Condo was very clean and had many amenities to make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this condo!

Condo worked well for the two of us and had a loft with two other beds, two showers, but only one toilet. Location is very close to Shady Rest where friends camped. Complex is older (many units appeared rented out full-time to locals) but pool and hot tubs were in good shape. Condo was not cleaned when we got there but problem was immediately and satisfactorily resolved. Condition of the condo is very nice. Up longer flight of stairs, and no balcony. We would stay there again. Rent through Mammoth Reservations to save VRBO service charge

1)I assumed 1.5 bath meant 2 toilets but there was just 1. 2)The heater didn't warm up the condo much 3)The garbage disposal didn't work 4)Bring your own wood or axe if you plan on using the fireplace 5)Overall it was comfy. It served its purpose as we just used it as a place to sleep.

Condo is smaller than it looks. It was okay for 3 people but the one toilet is a bit of a problem. Also the steps to the loft are steep. The overall appearance of the complex is poor but the location is good. Had a walkway outside to the other condos on the same level (second floor) which caused some noise. Bathroom and bedroom lacked heat. The heater was in the living room. The Jacuzzi had a partial cover which made it nice. The dishwasher looked new but it was difficult to start and very loud. You would not want to run it at night.

We had a wonderful time on our Mammoth vacation. The condo was clean and well taken care of. It was such a nice touch that they provided a variety of board games, extra blankets for cuddling on the couch and complimentary firewood. My only complaint would be the wifi. We came up on a Thursday night and my husband and I were hoping to be able to do a little work on Friday. The wifi signal was so weak that we couldn't send any emails that had attachments. It would have been fine for a weekend getaway but it was slightly problematic on a Friday. All in all it was a great time.

This is an excellent rental unit. Very clean, well-maintained and equipped with everything needed (kitchen equipment, board games, towels, etc) for an enjoyable stay. My family (2 adults, 2 kids) had such a nice vacation. We visit every Mammoth year-round and definitely plan to stay here again.

It's a cozy place ideal for winter. It's in the first floor and pretty old but decently maintained. I wouldn't recommend it for summer. We had a tough time as the rooms got really hot. Property management staff was very hospitable and responsive. They sent us an extra fan on the very next day. This place is very close to the shops and bus routes.
