This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom unit sleeps 8 and is right in the heart of the restaurants and shops on Old Mammoth Road! Walk to everything including the Red Line shuttle that's free and goes to The Village and Main Lodge! There is a washer and dryer available on site. The top floor of this unit has wood floors throughout. The living room features a flat screen TV, cozy wood burning stove and a sofa bed. The updated kitchen offers everything you need to cook meals in with friends and family. Downstairs you will find 3 bedrooms! The master offers a queen bed and flat screen TV. The second bedroom offers a bunk bed (full on bottom, twin on top). The third bedroom has a queen bed. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom with Jack and Jill sinks! Pet Friendly! One pet allowed, additional pets by approval only, please call. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This rental was located in a great spot and had plenty of space for our stay. Like most places in Mammoth, it does not have AC so it would be nice to have a few fans in the rooms downstairs. It got very warm at night. The floors make a lot of noise when you walk around so probably not the best spot for babies. Overall it was a good place for our trip.

We love how this unit is very accessible and close to everything! The place is clean and roomy. It's a perfect weekend getaway.
