The custom spiral staircase in the kitchen leads up to the loft area where there are two twin beds each with a twin trundle for a total of 4 Twins. The master bedroom downstairs features a Queen bed, and relax in style while you watch your favorite movie from the television with DVD player. The attached private bathroom with slate flooring and walk-in shower. The second bedroom was spared no attention to detail as well. New furnishings throughout including rustic Queen bedding, television with DVD player and private attached bathroom with slate flooring. There is even a full third bathroom with shower on the main floor, as well as private washer and dryer downstairs. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. The Snowflower complex is conveniently located near town and the Snowcreek golf course, making it a perfect getaway winter or summer! This condo sleeps up to 8 people and comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces. Guests will be provided two parking passes. Great Condo for a family getaway! We loved lounging by the fireplace, while enjoying the breathtaking views of the snow falling and the snow capped mountains! The kitchen was stocked with all of our cooking essentials, and the dining room table was perfect for family game nights. The location was ideal for easy access to some of our favorite restaurants and the grocery store.

Annual trip to see the fall colors. Condo was very nice. Party of 3, so we used the 2 downstairs bedrooms. Each bedroom had a separate well-equipped bathroom and shower. We did not use the loft, but it could comfortably accommodate another 4 people. The living areas were very spacious and can comfortably seat 10-12 people for dinner or a ball game. Drawbacks - cable TV system, and wall heating units took a lot of work to get right - and there were no instructions for either. 30-day non-refundable cancellation policy is the most restrictive I have ever experienced. Fortunately, we did not have to cancel the trip, otherwise it would have been a real hassle.

This place was great. Everything was new and in great condition. It was a little far from town but there was a shuttle stop right outside the complex which made it easy to get to and from the mountain and town. I would definitely recommend it and stay here again! Thanks!

This place is amazing! All brand spanking new appliances, flat screen tvs, brand new granite countertops, new slate flooring, <br/>Basically the place was just remodeled and has barely been used. Even had utensils still in packaging and factory stickers on tv's and appliances. It was very spacious and the 3 full bathrooms were amazing.<br/>I would give it 11 pts on a 10pt system.

This unit is advertised as completely remodeled and somewhat luxurious, and it is in a pretty good shape, considering your general Mammoth condo selection. However, the only improvements were done in the kitchen and dining room area. The kitchen has granite (non-essential), a nice stove, a nice, stainless-steel fridge (non-essential), and the impractical dark bubble-era 3 dimensional tile, which is impossible to sweep, and which shows every little spot on it.<br/><br/>The bar and the dining table cannot be used at the same time, and we actually had trouble fitting 6 people around the table, since the space is really tight.<br/><br/>As for the rest of the condo is very average, with the exception being low-end flat screen TVs, which are again non-essential. The washer and dryer are ancient. The mattresses in the loft are very soft - OK for children, but not for average adults.<br/>The bathrooms are nothing special - with regular showers, without the handles.<br/><br/>To conclude, I was expecting more for my money, and what I got could have been received for 20-25% less from a similar condo, without affecting my stay.

Had a blast during a weekend getaway with some great friends. Condo was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and is only a stone's throw from town/the village. Totally conducive to relaxing and just taking a break from reality.

Only a couple minor complaints. The blinds in the master bath kept falling out from the wind when the window was open. Couldn't sleep with the window open because of the noise from the main street therefore we had to purchase a fan because it was so hot. I would definitely recommend a couple of fans. The washing machine was out of balance too. Overall it was very nice and clean and would stay again!...if they had fans! =)<br/>

The condo had a good mixture of new and old. The best part was the kitchen, the spiral staircase and the view. It was easy to find and ample parking spaces. Short walk to the golf course, pool, and trash bins. A real bummer of this property is that there were no screen door in the patio door. The loft gets very hot and without the screen door, you couldn't open the door for ventilation and keep the mosquitos/flies out during the summer time. The dryer knob is broken and the toilet needs to be bolted down. Other than that, the experience was great. We will consider renting again.

Families from California, Hawaii and Washington State all travelled to Mammoth in July for fishing and hiking. We try to do this every couple years and in the past were not happy with the accommodations. Snowflower #26 is a beautiful home: the owners have almost completely remodeled and the property is also well maintained. <br/>Only complaint is that there are no screens on the sliding glass doors and it gets unbearably hot and stuffy especially in the main level and loft (no windows). Left it open the first night but had problems with mosquitoes so bought 2 large fans. If for some reason screens cannot be installed, owners should consider putting ceiling fans and/or supplying fans. Other than that, our families will definitely visit this place again!<br/><br/>Note: Property Management should consider using PayPal for credit card payments (had problems with reservations and ended up sending a check)

This vacation was just as comfortable as staying in our own home. My only complaint was the street noise. Will probably stay in away from the street in a different condo next time.

Everything was well-maintained, and the overall experience was very cozy and comfortable. The heater worked well, and the TV was extremely entertaining. The beds were also pretty comfortable except the sofa bed next to the kitchen. The refrigerator was empty and clean to use. The pots were worn off but is understandable.

We had a last minute rental and they were able to accommodate our group just fine. The house was very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It was spacious enough for our large group as well. <br/><br/>The only thing that was wrong with the place was that the fridge didn't get cold for a few hours. We called and they gave us some solutions to resolve the issue. It took some time, a whole day, but the fridge worked again just fine. I think it's been sitting with no use and so it freezes over. <br/><br/>Other than that small issue, everything was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall a well equipped condo. We were frustrated that the main tv kept jumping and it was very hard to watch tv or movies. We did call and let them know but it never was fixed. The bathrooms needed updating with toilets that didn't rock back and forth. The beds were VERY firm.

We had a fabulous time! It was such a beautiful time of year! This was our second trip and we enjoyed it just as much as the first. There was no firewood and it was a bit chilly...we even got snow on our last day! We called the management company to see if the wood was provided and they said " we went and bought some and later that day when we returned home there was firewood! That was a nice surprise! The internet was quite slow and in and out but we were on vacation so we didn't mind. We would definitely stay again!

I was extremely satisfied with this rental. Layout was very spacious which is a must when at max capacity. I absolutely love the remodel, felt very comfortable and homey. There were tons of cutlery/dishes however the cooking utensils were a bit on the cheap side. A huge plus is the 3 full baths - just don't all take a shower at once one right after the other as the hot water ran out. Other than that, I would stay here again and recommend to family/friends.

This was a great place to stay - it had plenty of space to accommodate our large party of ten comfortably. It has a stylish interior with many great amenities such as a fireplace, full kitchen, several bathrooms, a balcony, etc etc etc. It is also just a few minutes drive from a plaza with a grocery store, ski/snowboard rentals, and a shuttle pick up area that will take you to and from Mammoth Mountain. We were all very pleased with the smooth check in and check out process and very happy with our stay.
