Located right on the Sierra Star Golf Course within the Solstice community, with access to the walking town paths or a short shuttle to Eagle Lodge or the Town trolley. The living room is equipped with a cozy living room with gas fireplace, wood flooring throughout the home, a large flatscreen TV with SONOS surround sound and an upgraded foam mattress queen sleeper sofa bed for additional comfortable sleeping. The open plan living room, dining room and kitchen gives you plenty of space for family living and entertaining. The fully stocked kitchen with new appliances means you can look like a pro and prepare all the meals needed. Dining area with seating for 4, which leads out on to a private deck with BBQ grill, so you can get grilling. The master bedroom features a new king bed with flatscreen TV, double closets, an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower enclosure. The second bedroom features two new twin beds, flatscreen TV and access to the hall shared bath with tub/shower combo. The unit has a private stacked washer/dryer which helps extended stays to feel like home. The complex offers wireless internet, heated, underground parking (garage clearance is 7' 6"), and year-round hot tub just steps from the back deck. With fairway views, enjoy your morning coffee on the deck and watch the golfers go by, or get out there with them! Walk to the end of the street for the free shuttle to town, the Village or Mammoth Mountain. Eagle Lodge is a 5 minute (.3 mile) ride up the street with access to the entire Mammoth ski area. Groceries, restaurants, movie theaters, and shops are all within a mile. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Had a wonderful time. The home was a great place for our dogs. The back patio had access to open space for the dogs. The unit was highly upgraded and well maintained. Look forward to another vacation in Mammoth. Intend to rent this unit again.

We spent a full week at Solstice 14 and loved all of its modern amenities. It definitely made it feel like our home away from home! The underground protected garage was a huge bonus! Location was perfect.

Great location and a very clean unit. But, a couple things bothered us as we chose this unit based on them: 1) Based on the description, there should have been a working dryer; there was not. An earlier review of the unit stated the dryer was not working; we figured it would have been fixed since it is still in the description. We had to re-wear clothing since we did not want to take the time to visit a laundromat. We reported the issue but no one addressed it while we were there. 2) The unit's description also included a k-cup coffee machine. We planned accordingly. The first morning we discovered that it did not work. We reported the issue and a maintenance person took the machine away and said that they knew it didn't work. If that was the case, why include it in the description? Why not at least give us a head's up? We did find a regular machine and one day’s worth of coffee in a cupboard. Thankfully only one of us wanted coffee and didn't mind making the whole pot and using left-overs each day. As with the laundromat, we didn't want to shop while on vacation so we made do. 3) The hot tub, while functional, was not very inviting. Its location is ideal to the unit but it is in serious need of new plastering. It is very stained and rough. Plus, it needs a better cover solution - maybe a roll-on that actually catches the debris instead of a throw-on that spills all the debris into the tub as you remove the it. You are stuck cleaning it out before you use it. I do this at home with my own pool - not something I wish to do on vacation. Once done with the tub, you are asked to cover it. Again, a throw-on cover is not the easiest to work with. We did our duty, but needless to say, we did not use the tub again during our four night stay. 4) TV stopped working, but had no time to report. 5) Hard to report our issues. The office opens late and closes fairly early. Hard to report issues when out on the trail. The after-hours phone was for emergencies only.

We always rent through Mammoth Reservations for our summer vacation in Mammoth l and we were throughly happy at our stay in Solstice 14.

Excellent rental, would stay here again in a heartbeat. Newly remodeled, everything in great condition. Underground parking is great. Close to town and Canyon Lodge. Bus stop walking distance from condo. Easy check in / check out.

The unit is nicely located down the street from Eagle Lodge. It’s a first floor unit which backs up to the golf course. It’s adjacent to the spa which makes it easy to access. This 2 unit bedroom was sufficient for the 3 of us. Kitchen has most everything you’d require for the stay. <br/><br/>Our biggest issue was with their property management, Mammoth Reservations. When we arrived, the only parking was under building. It was too low to allow our vehicle and Thule in without scraping the top. They offered no outside parking since they told us they don’t plow it in the winter. They gave zero help. Just told us there was nothing they could do and that it was our problem. The info did say they had underground parking with a height limit of 7’6”. They should have said “only”. I’ve never encountered a facility where they did not offer exterior parking. <br/><br/>The 2nd issue was with the thermostat. We were not familiar with it and found it hard to adjust. We called them twice and had to leave messages both times since no one answered. This was a few days before the holiday rush so there was no good reason for this. They never returned either call. Very poor service which is too bad since I know they cost the owners a lot each year.<br/><br/>Overall a nice place.

We have stayed in this complex a few times, always in different units, and find it clean and well stocked. Mammoth reservations was great in responding to any issues. Will definitely return.
