This modern, upgraded 1 bedroom + loft, 2 bathroom condo offers the best location and convenience, being walking distance to Canyon Lodge. Located off Canyon Blvd at the St. Anton complex you are just steps away from the chair lifts at Canyon Lodge that offers full Mountain services, approximately 110 yards from Chair 7. Once you park your vehicle in the covered underground parking, you won't need it again! The Austria Hof is located across the street offering dining options with a bar and restaurant menu and one of the best Happy Hours in town! The unit itself is beautifully remodeled and offers a spacious layout to accommodate 6. The beautiful kitchen with quartz stone countertops, is fully stocked with everything for preparing meals, including an air fryer, and the dining area offers seating for 6. Cozy in front of the beautiful gas fireplace featuring floor to ceiling stacked stone in the living room while enjoying the flatscreen TV with Cable and Blu-Ray player. The private balcony offers stunning views of Lincoln Mountain while enjoying your morning coffee. The master bedroom on the first floor offers a King bed with flatscreen TV with en-suite full bathroom with walk-in shower. On the upstairs level the spacious loft offers a gorgeous space for a family featuring a Queen bed with flatscreen TV, en-suite full bathroom with Shower and additional separate vanity area. The nook of the loft is perfect for the kids with a Twin over Full bunk bed and extra flatscreen TV + Wii Console just for the kiddos! The St. Anton complex offers fantastic amenities with the courtyard offering a heated pool (Summer only), 2 year-round hot tubs, and BBQ and Picnic tables in Summer. The recreation room has a dry sauna, pool table, kitchen with refrigerator, a large screen TV and sitting area with fireplace. Coin operated Laundry facilities are located in the building. In addition this unit comes with a dedicated Guest Ski Locker inside the parking garage for use. This unit sleeps a maximum of 6 and is not pet friendly and non-smoking. The unit comes with 1 guaranteed covered parking spot in the covered parking garage (garage clearance 6’8”), for additional parking this is on a request basis and will need to be requested in advance. This is an upstairs unit on the second story of the building, and note there is no elevator in the building from the garage level. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Had a great time here. Short walk to Canyon Lodge. Lots of games to choose from after a day of skiing. Very comfortable to hang out and relax.

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The unit was very nicely decorated, have everything we need in the kitchen, and the house was extremely comfortable. We spent our Christmas Break here and I "snowboarded" home on powder days. The manager at the unit was on top of clearing the unit area of snow and he walks the units to make sure things are clean and up to par; he is also very friendly! :) We would love to come back the next holiday season or our next trip to Mammoth!

We are just learning to ski and wanted to be close to Canyon Lodge because our kids were taking lessons there. I know the description said it was close, but I didn’t think it was THAT close! It was so easy to just get up and walk over, and because this unit came with a ski locker we didn’t have to lug our skis back and forth (great when you have small kids). The unit itself was clean, updated, and fully supplied with everything we needed including board games and smart tvs. The unit is quiet and looks out into trees, so you have privacy, and the building itself feels very safe. The only thing we didn’t get to experience was the restaurant across the street. Next time! We will definitely be back in the future!

My friends and I enjoyed staying here. It was perfect for our snowboarding trip. We got a parking spot inside the garage, it was steps away from Canyon Lodge. The owners were nice enough to offer us their lockers to use at the resort during our stay. There was a nice restaurant across the parking garage that had a decent happy hour to enjoy. <br/>Inside everything was nicely updated. Had plenty of blankets to use, spacious fridge, spacious rooms, nicely cleaned. <br/>The check in was a little inconvenient though, we had to pick up keys at the office that was at a different location. And then parking permit at the office of the building. But I would definitely stay here again.

I would absolutely recommend this condo. It was very clean, updated, and kitchen fully stocked. It would comfortably fit 6, although it happened to only be me and my husband it would be great for families. We will definitely try and book here again.
