This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo sleeps up to 4 and allows pets so you can bring Fido along. This unit is located in Phase 2 of the Summit in the Ansel Adams building which is walking distance to the Eagle Lodge lifts, as well as on the multi-use bike paths for Summer adventures. Enjoy a full kitchen, TV with Roku streaming access, cable TV, WiFi and DVD. Cozy up around the wood-burning fireplace and enjoy Winter evenings, or play some of the provided board games with all the family. The master bedroom features a Queen bed, and the living area has a fold-out sofa bed for additional sleeping accommodations. The full bathroom is accessed from the hall and offers a tub/shower combo and single vanity. The kitchen breakfast bar offers seating for 4, and a small dining table with seating for 2 means you can whip up a quick meal or snack in the fully stocked kitchen. The complex offers the convenience of underground parking (garage clearance 7' 0") and a designated underground parking spot. (PLEASE NOTE THE HOT TUBS WILL BE CLOSED FOR MOST OF THE SUMMER & FALL AND A PAINTING PROJECT ON THE OUTSIDE OF THIS COMPLEX BUILDING) The complex has excellent amenities offering year-round outdoor Jacuzzis, sauna, weight room, coin-operated laundry facilities, and an outdoor pool (Summer only), BBQ areas, fire pits and picnic outdoor dining areas. There is elevator access to this unit from the parking garage, the unit has accessible access. Located on the green shuttle line it is a very short trip to the center of town where there is grocery shopping, coffee shops, restaurants and retail. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second outdoor spot on a first come, first serve basis within the complex. Guests will be provided two parking passes. This was a lovely condo with all the amenities for two people but on the third floor so was very very warm during the day. Also note that it faces Meridian Blvd so you do hear the street traffic.
