This rustic, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is walking distance to Eagle Lodge. The location and complex amenities cannot be beat! Relax in front of the cozy wood-burning fireplace or enjoy a soak in one of the many complex jacuzzis. The condo has a full kitchen for a home cooked meal after a long day on the hill skiing or biking, as well as plenty of seating at the dining table and kitchen bar.
In the master bedroom there is a Queen size bed as well as flatscreen TV, en-suite full bathroom, and access to a private balcony. The second bedroom is perfect for the kids or singles featuring 2 Twin beds and access to a full bathroom right outside the door. There is even a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests. (PLEASE NOTE THE HOT TUBS WILL BE CLOSED FOR MOST OF THE SUMMER & FALL AND A PAINTING PROJECT ON THE OUTSIDE OF THIS COMPLEX BUILDING) The Summit complex offers terrific amenities like an outdoor pool as well as 6 jacuzzis, 4 saunas and 3 BBQ areas spread throughout the complex, fitness center, and tennis courts. Underground covered garage parking avoids any shoveling on those snowy days.
All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This condo sleeps a maximum of 6 people and comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex.and comes with one assigned garage parking space. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Great Location, Clean & Cozy, Needs New Twin Mattresses - I ended up sleeping on the floor because it was more comfortable than the barbs of the springs in the well-worn twin mattress. Otherwise, loved how clean and cozy it felt, and really really loved how close it was to all the stuff in Mammoth and especially the ski slopes.

The management was lovely, very helpful. The condo had a broken shower, about which mgmt was unaware. The working shower head was a pain in the neck to use, but everything else was wonderful. Furniture is a little dated, but I’d expect nothing less of a vacation condo. All in all, it was a good stay and I’d come back again.

Summit 273 was nice, comfortable and location is convenient. Owner needs to leave instructions to cable and let future renters know they need to have their different passwords to Netflix Prime, etc. on hand

...but the unit is a little beat and could use some upgrades. We experienced a minor issue with the living room heat (turned out a circuit breaker had tripped before we arrived), but the management company dealt with it quickly and professionally. The location is amazing, and the price was great for what the unit is. My college-age son and his friend were fine with it, but I guess I'm a little fussier. For the right renter this is a great place, for me personally, not so much.
