Very good location. Overall OK, but could use some TLC to modernize and repair. Worn out furniture and bath fixtures, leaking shower, scratched pots and pans. Summit is an older apartment complex, so this unit is likely one of many in similar condition.

Overall a great value, big place, great location, excellent garage. Price was stellar, which helps overlook the dated property. New carpet was nice, while rest of place is tired, i.e. it's an older property, 1/2 lights didn't work, shower heads need replacement, lots of stairs, the complex itself needs repair from snow season, etc. the little things. Would rent again in a heartbeat if value still provided.
