This unit is located in Phase 1 of the Summit in the Huntington building walking distance to Eagle Lodge. Nicely decorated 2 bedroom + loft, 2 bathroom; sleeps up to 8. Enjoy a full kitchen, TV, stereo and gas fireplace in the living area. The master bedroom has a king bed with TV and access to the full bathroom with tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has a queen and the loft has 4 single beds plus full bath with walk-in shower. This unit has vaulted ceilings and lots of natural light, and complimentary WiFi internet access. The complex offers underground parking (garage clearance 6' 9"), (PLEASE NOTE THE HOT TUBS WILL BE CLOSED FOR MOST OF THE SUMMER & FALL) Jacuzzi, sauna, weight room, laundry facilities, tennis court and a pool (summer only). Located on the green shuttle line. This unit is not pet friendly. This unit is on the third floor, and there is no elevator access, stair access only. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex. Guests will be provided two parking passes. Very close to everything never had to move my car. The unit was clean and very specious. The view from the living room was amazing. Will visit again many times. Thanks to a wonderful management team.

Everything was fine except the WIFI and TV did not work. Staff tried to get it fixed but help was not available. Otherwise, great rental.

The location is very good, and walking distance to the eagle lodge. Beds are very comfortable, clean, the host has lots of thing prepared even humidifier. The only thing is that the kitchen sink was clogged, I called the property management but no one showed up to fixed it during our whole stay.

Close to Eagle lodge 5-10 min walk. Dated unit in Phase 1 building. Basic features and amenities. 2 Physical keys vs door code is tough if the group splits up. Wood fireplace was broken. 1 dedicated parking spot can be a challenge. Overall good value.
