Uniquely decorated in traditional mountain style this 3 bedroom/loft, 3 bathroom condominium sleeps up to 11 and is walking distance to Eagle Lodge. This spacious townhome is located in a quiet residential location, across from multi-use bike path and Sierra Star Golf Course. Enjoy a full kitchen with bar seating for 4 and dining area that seats 6. Cozy up around the wood burning stove on the large sectional, and enjoy the flat screen TV. On the lower lever there is a spacious mud room entry from the 2-car garage, and features two bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen bed with flatscreen TV, the second bedroom also has a queen bedroom with flatscreen TV and adjacent jack and jill style full bathroom. The master bedroom on the middle level has a King bed with a flat screen TV and desk so you can work/school remotely, and a private en-suite full bath. There is an additional full bathroom on the third level along with the loft featuring a bunk bed with Twin over Twin and 2 additional Twin beds. This unit offers WiFi internet access. There is a washer and dryer available so you can have all the conveniences of home. With a large south facing deck on the middle living room level featuring a BBQ grill, this makes this the perfect home to entertain and grill with all of the family. The complex offers 2 car garage parking (garage clearance 6' 6"), Jacuzzi, and tennis and pickleball courts. This unit is pet friendly so you can even bring Fido! Please Note: This property makes use of surveillance equipment outside the home. A camera is located at the front of the home monitoring the front door and a camera monitoring the garage door. The townhouse is within walking distance to Eagle Lodge, or cross the street and you can jump on a free shuttle for a quick ride to the mountain. You are also a short ride to the Old Mammoth downtown part of Mammoth. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor and outdoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. We stayed here for a weekend and loved the condo. It was in a quiet area of Mammoth but still close enough to the amenities. The condo is spacious and had plenty of space for my whole family. It was very clean and well stocked with what we needed for our stay. We enjoyed it a lot and would stay here again.

The vacation rental was very well maintained and prepared nicely for our stay. The three bedroom and three bath layout worked very well for us, and although we did not need the extra sleeping options, the loft with additional beds was a great addition (especially if you have small kids). The kitchen was large and had all the conveniences we could possibly need. The location was ideal for all our activities. Oh and a bonus and important for us was the pet friendly feature.

Our stay was great! The location is close to the eagle lodge about 1/2 mile and the grounds were nice and clean. The only issue is that we came in two seperate trucks and could not fit them into the small parking spaces in the garage. There is no other parking on the premises so we had to pay for parking by the village and taxi back and forth. this was a problem.

This was a last minute decision to meet family from L.A. and for us to get out of the forest fire smoke in Tahoe. This unit was perfect for al of us, very quiet and close to everything. It was very clean and comfortable. Small garage for vehicles but other street side parking was available as it wasn't ski season. We will try to reserve this unit again when we return. The Property Management staff was very friendly and the entire process was seamless .
