This 2 bedroom + loft, 3 bathroom south-facing townhouse is centrally located in a quiet complex and features a large balcony with forest setting views perfect for hanging out and grilling up a nice dinner. The townhouse is spacious with vaulted ceilings, has had recent upgrades throughout, a huge flatscreen HDTV, cozy wood-burning fireplace in the living room where there is plenty of seating for 8, and fully stocked updated kitchen. The first floor master bedroom has a King bed with updated en-suite full bathroom with stone counters and custom made cabinets, and beautiful walk-in shower and flatscreen TV. The second first floor bedroom has a Queen bed, is adjacent to a remodeled full bath and has a flatscreen TV. The upstairs loft has a set of twin bunk beds, a queen bed, ceiling fan, as well as a comfy couch for lounging, great as a family room or for all the kids to hang out. Free maximum high-speed wireless internet access and cable TV throughout. With a private deck with seating and gas BBQ grill, you can enjoy the forest setting and get grilling. The unit is located near the Sierra Star Golf Course on the free red line shuttle to the slopes, the Village take and Snowcreek Athletic Club. The green line free shuttle stop is a short walk to take you directly to the slopes at Eagle Lodge. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. The Woodlands complex features an outdoor pool (Summer only), jacuzzi (open year-round), sauna, and laundry facilities on-site. This condo sleeps a maximum of 8 people, there are 3 levels inside, 2 outdoor parking spaces, and no smoking or pets are permitted. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. Our family had such an amazing time. The Condo was perfect in every way! The kitchen was so accommodating for a beautiful holiday preparation. We will difinately request this condo for our future trips to Mammoth.

We have been vacationing in Mammoth for over 25 years. Every summer we try a new place - based on location and number of bedrooms/baths needed. This Woodlands condo is identical to the structure of a Winterset condo we stayed in previously. My only complaint was the entry door was at the back of the condo. Not convenient at all. The neighbors behind the entry door were using a power tool around 6pm nearly everyday. That was annoying. The couches/loveseat cushions were too soft - so difficult for an older person to get up. The dining room table was too tall. The balcony was peaceful, though our view was primarily of the parking lot. The sliding screen door had a tear in it. The property management group responded quickly to any concerns we had (like that). <br/>I would recommend this condo to others because it was nice enough (though we couldn't watch DVDs - the player didn't seem to be connected - and with so many cables behind the cabinet, we didn't dare touch them). We did go fishing on Lake Mary and the guys at Rick's Sport Center were very helpful! The Pokonobe Marina staff were also great. We watched a movie at the theater and ate breakfast at the Stove (we love that place).

We just returned from Mammoth after staying in this condo. It was our launching point for many days of skiing. The heaters worked well, the bathrooms are clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dishes, and pantry essentials. We cooked every meal at home, and while the kitchen was small, it was suitable for our needs. We liked the large square bistro height dining table and the wide windows with views of the mountains. We liked the easy check in and check out instructions. We did not like the carpet on the stairs, upstairs, and downstairs. We also did not like the carpet squares under the dining set and in the living room. The beautiful hardwood floors should be more prominent, especially considering the cleanliness challenges of having shag rugs. Overall, we&#x2019;re happy with our stay.

We took our whole family to Mammoth after a 35 year hiatus. This time we had our two granddaughters with our now adult children. The condo fit our family perfectly. Everything went as planned and we all had a wonderful time!

The place was very nice, very comfortable (4 adults) and extremely well equipped. It even had a set of sharp knives and almost every kitchen appliance you could think of. The master BR king bed was very comfortable although our friends in the other queen bedroom said the mattress could use a replacement. It was in a great location, close to Vons and the Snowcreek Athetic club which was available through Mammoth Reservations. I would definitely stay here again!

We found the condo to be clean and with recent upgrades in the bathrooms and kitchen. The kitchen had pretty much any pot, pan, or gadget you could want. I've not been to such a well-supplied condo before. The beds were comfortable and the couches and kitchen table accommodated our group of six nicely. Because of Covid-19 the pool area was closed, but we did avail ourselves of the paddle ball courts at the included sports facility at Snow Creek. The hiking and scenery in Mammoth are spectacular and we had a lovely time. The condo was conveniently located within walking distance of grocery, restaurants, and pubs. We also found the young gentleman at the reservation office to be so kind and helpful :)

We loved this condo! I've been coming to Mammoth for 16 years, and a lot of owners are lazy and do not update their rentals. This place was super up to date, and a great space for our family. The only thing I would complain about which is literally dumb, and I know it, is that they should have more streaming services. Maybe invest in a roku for like $60 so we have more options. Other then that, loved it! I slept in the bed next to the front door and that bed was SOOOOO comfy! I'm booking this place from now on for all of my Mammoth stays!

To be completely honest, this may be the best airbnb I have ever stayed in. It had every amenity we would need, was incredibly comfortable for a group while still feeling cozy, and was very conveniently located central to everything in mammoth. I would love to be back to stay here again. The only thing that was a little inconvenient was needing to pick up and drop off the keys from the main office during check-in and chekc-out as this could be a process that could easily be done with a lockbox or keypad that would save the drive time.

The overall feel was very homely and comfortable. Enough sleeping space for our group of 5. Close walking distance to the transit system which eliminates having to drive into town and to the slopes (and find parking). The owners put a a glass container in the living room to put wine corks in with your name and when you stayed. They also had a guest book to sign. Both of these things were really cool to see in there. We will definitely be coming back in the future for more ski vacations!
